Yes, we have installed our Nova Titan Pergolas all over the UK from Cornwall to Aberdeen and regularly travel up and down the country installing our Aluminium Pergolas.

There is no extra charge no matter where you live, however, we do state that if you live in a remote area, your installation date may take a little longer, so we kindly ask you bear with us during busy periods.

However, we will keep customers updated throughout.

Please note we are currently not able to offer our Pergola installation service in Northern Ireland.

The cost for our team to professionally install your Pergola is just £450.00 for our 3M x 3M, 3M x 3.6M & 4M x 3M Titan Pergolas and £550.00 for our extra wide Nova Pergolas.

Please note the money is payable on the day directly to our installer. This can be either by bank transfer or in cash if easier.

Our installer charges £25.00 for any Nova Titan Accessory including Titan Privacy Screens, Nova Fixed Aluminium Louvred Walls and Titan LED Lighting systems.

Please note that these prices are applicable if you are having your Nova Titan Pergola installed at the same time.

We are able to install Titan Privacy screens after your installation, but we would need to review the cost of your enquiry on an individual basis.

Yes, our installation team will secure your Pergola to your base irrespective of the material. This could be slabs, concrete tiles, Indian stone and also porcelain tiles and slabs.

This is included in the price of installing your Titan Pergola.

Many customers ask whether a pergola requires planning permission. The answer in the UK is: usually no, if it falls within permitted development rules, but there are conditions (e.g., size, proximity to property boundary, whether it’s attached to the house, whether you live in a conservation area or your house is listed).

This means they require no maintenance, will not rust, and are exceptionally strong and durable — perfect for year-round outdoor use.

Aluminium is the ideal material for pergolas in the UK as it offers long-lasting protection against rain, frost, and sun exposure without the need for regular treatment or upkeep.

The only maintenance that would be required, is to wipe your pergola down with a damp cloth to keep it clean and also ensure the roof is clear of any leaves and or debris from falling trees, to ensure the water drain of system works freely.

Pergola installation times can vary depending on size and any accessories, however, our team will ensure your Titan Pergola is completed within a single day.

For a 4M x 3M Titan Pergola with no Pergola blinds and accessories, this can normally be done within 3 hours.

Our installation team will need a solid level base to install your Aluminium Pergola to.

This can be any base type from slabs, decking, concrete, or even stone or brick.

Though be it our Titan Pergolas are very strong and durable, as they are aluminium they are relevantly light, therefore, we are able to install your Nova Pergola to nearly all bases.

Please note, the instructions state that in perfect conditions, there should be a 300mm concrete cubed base for each corner post.

Whilst this is listed as a recommendation, it is not required.

Yes, this is no problem at all. If you require one, two or even all, posts to have a concrete footing added (for example a corner might be on your lawn) our team can complete this for you.

Yes, our team can install your Titan Pergola to decking, however, they will need to ensure each footpost is secured to your decking base and not just to the decking boards.

On occasion our team will need to bring some support timber to reinforce your decking that will have an additional cost.
