DELIVERY INFORMAION

Please review our delivery conditions below for important information regarding shipping methods, timeframes, and applicable charges.

Once You Place Your Order Midland Garden Furniture will contact you with an approximate delivery time.

For items that are currently in stock, delivery is usually between 5 -7 working day.

For items needed to be ordered from our UK factory, delivery can take between 10 - 14 working days.

Please note that due to their seasonality some items might need to be ordered from our main factory that can take up to 4 weeks delivery time.

However any orders to this effect will be notified at the time of order and the option to receive a full refund will offered.

Please note that MGF will not be liable for any protracted delivery timeframes as a result.

Due to the size and weight of our Garden Furniture, Garden Rooms, Pergolas, and Verandas, Midland Garden Furniture cannot guarantee specific delivery times or booked in deliveries.

MGF are not liable for any costs incurred due to late deliveries.

We advise that any contractors for assembly should only be scheduled once ALL the goods have arrived at your property and are confirmed to be in good condition for assembly.

MGF will not be liable for any incurred costs relating to 3rd party contractors booked in advance.

If delivery is not possible due to unforeseen reasons (such as natural disasters, strikes, manufacturing delays or restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Goods on Delivery

Please see below for important information regarding the steps to take if your order arrives damaged or faulty.

Damages must be reported within 72hrs of receipt of goods.

Please check all packages before signing as “received in good condition”.

If any packages have any damage to them, please sign as “damaged” clearly marking the delivery note and highlighting on the signature as such.

In most instances spare and replacement parts can be sent directly from the supplier to replace the damaged product or component.

If after unpacking an item you find the item is faulty or damaged, photographic evidence will be required of the external packing and the issue with the product/item before we can proceed with a replacement.

CANCELING MY ORDER?

At Midland Garden Furniture, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to assist. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issues. Our team is always ready to answer your questions and address your concerns to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

If a customer changes their mind and decides to cancel an order, provided it is not due to any fault of the company, a full refund will be issued.

However, if the order has already been shipped via a carrier service, a handling charge of 15% will be applied to cover restocking and initial delivery costs.

Please note: Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 30 days, although transactions are typically processed within 72 hours.

If your order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

PRODUCT RETURNS

At Midland Garden Furniture, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to assist. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issues. Our team is always ready to answer your questions and address your concerns to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase as supplied with your order.  

Once we receive your furniture back to us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  

** PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL CARD MAY TAKE UPTO 30 DAYS ** (But usually refund transactions are cleared within 72 hours).

The customer is responsible for returning the item to us. However, Midland Garden Furniture can arrange collection of the product, provided both parties agree on the details beforehand. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For return shipping costs or any questions regarding the return process, please contact us below.

pergola Installation Requirements

By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

To ensure proper rainwater drainage, your patio or base must be installed with a slight slope (called a "fall").

  • For textured or riven paving, a minimum slope of 1:80 (12.5mm drop per meter) is required.
  • For smooth paving, a steeper slope of 1:60 (16mm drop per meter) is needed.

A flat or level base may cause water to pool, which can lead to leaks when the pergola louvers are opened. Ensuring the correct slope allows rainwater to drain properly through the built-in channels.

A flat or level base may result in pooling of water on the louvers and prevent proper drainage through the pergola’s integrated guttering system.

This can lead to water sitting on the roof and, in extreme cases, cause the louvers to open slightly under water weight, resulting in leaks through the roof.

These symptoms are not a fault with the pergola and are due to insufficient drainage preparation.

Ensuring the correct fall is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

If our installation service has been selected and the existing fall does not meet the above requirements, our installers can compensate by packing the pergola legs to create the necessary slope.

An additional charge of £50 will apply for this service, which will be added to the installation cost.

Any callouts required due to water pooling, leaking from the louvers, or related drainage issues caused by incorrect fall will be subject to a £150.00 call-out fee, payable in advance of the visit.

Midland Garden Furniture is pleased to offer an installation service for NOVA Titan Pergolas, carried out by a trusted, long-standing installation partner, who's team have completed over 2000+ installations.

While issues are highly unlikely, please note that this service is delivered independently, and payment is made directly to the installer on the day of installation.

As the installation is not carried out by Midland Garden Furniture staff, we cannot accept liability for any issues or concerns arising from the installation process.

Any such matters will need to be addressed directly with the installer, and we recommend raising any concerns with them at the earliest opportunity.

PERGOLA WARRANTY CONDITIONS

By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

NOVA Titan Pergola – 5 Year Limited Warranty

Midland Garden Furniture is proud to offer a 5-year limited warranty on all NOVA Titan Pergolas, ensuring peace of mind and confidence in the quality of your purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal residential use of the product for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. If a component is determined by Midland Garden Furniture to be defective within this period, we will supply a replacement part free of charge, within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for the installation or replacement of any warranty-supplied components.
  • Any labour costs, tools, or third-party services required for the replacement of parts are not covered under this warranty.
  • The customer must retain proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) to validate any warranty claim.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:

  • Weather-related incidents, including but not limited to strong winds, storms, hail, snow, or flooding.
  • Improper installation, maintenance, or assembly not carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product, including overloading or using the pergola for unintended purposes.
  • Accidental damage, including impact, dragging, or falling objects.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, rust, or corrosion due to environmental exposure.
    Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with the following:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Description of the issue and the defective part.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

All claims are subject to evaluation and approval by Midland Garden Furniture. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence as needed.

Limitations

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only to products used in residential settings and not in commercial or public environments.

Midland Garden Furniture’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of defective components. No other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

Midland Garden Furniture does not provide onsite warranty service for NOVA Titan Pergolas or assosiated products. It is the customer’s responsibility to replace any defective components supplied under warranty. Detailed assembly and replacement instructions will be provided where applicable.

If assistance is required, a site visit from one of our professional installers can be arranged upon request. Please note that this service is subject to a £150.00 call-out charge, which must be paid in advance of the visit.

This charge covers the installer’s time and travel

The NOVA Titan privacy screens are designed to be low-maintenance, but like any outdoor product, they will benefit from basic care to ensure they remain in good condition over time.

Maintenance for NOVA Titan Privacy Screens

✅ What You Should Do:

  • Clean periodically with mild soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge to remove dust, pollen, or grime. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
  • Inspect fixings and brackets every few months to ensure everything remains secure, especially after high winds or storms.
  • If the screen is retractable, keep the mechanism free from debris and lubricate lightly with a silicone spray if needed (check manufacturer guidance before applying any lubricant).

🚫 What to Avoid:

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or high-pressure washers, as these can damage the finish.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or solvent-based cleaners.
  • Do not leave the screen open in high winds or extreme weather, as this can strain the mechanism and void the warranty.

Important Note on Privacy Screen Maintenance and Warranty Exclusions

Please be aware that if the privacy screen channels are not regularly cleaned and maintained, or if the screen is left open during windy conditions, the screen may become dislodged from its runners. This is not considered a manufacturing defect, but rather a result of external environmental factors and insufficient maintenance.

As such, this issue is not covered under the product warranty for manufacturing defects. It is the customer’s responsibility to rectify any such issues that arise from improper care or weather exposure.

Midland Garden Furniture will provide detailed instructions to guide customers through the process of correctly repositioning the screen.

Should additional assistance be required, a site visit from one of our professional installers can be arranged upon request. This service is subject to a £150.00 call-out charge, payable in advance.

The charge covers the installer’s time and travel only, and does not include the cost of any replacement parts or additional labour beyond the initial inspection and basic support.
