Shipping policy

Once You Place Your Order Midland Garden Furniture will contact you with an approximate delivery time.

For items that are currently in stock, delivery is usually between 7 - 10 working day.

For items needed to be ordered from the factory, delivery can take between 10 - 14 working days.

Please note that some items due to the seasonal products can be up to 4 weeks delivery time, however this will be noted at the time of order.

Due to the size and weight of our Garden Furniture, Garden Rooms, Pergolas, and Verandas, Midland Garden Furniture cannot guarantee specific delivery times or book-in deliveries. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to late deliveries.

We advise that any contractors for assembly should only be scheduled once the goods have arrived at your property and are confirmed to be in good condition for assembly.
