Hidden Built-In Drainage System

Our pergolas include a clever built-in drainage system:

• Water travels down inside the hollow pergola legs to the ground

This keeps your seating area dry and prevents water from dripping under the shelter, even if you open the louvres while wet.

Assembly and Installation

• Build time: approximately 3 hours
• Recommended: 2–3 people for safe assembly
• Securing to ground: expansion bolts supplied for fixing to a flat, solid surface (e.g., concrete base)
• All legs should be bolted to the floor via the base plates for stability

Planning Permission

Nova Titan pergolas generally do not require planning permission, but we recommend checking with your Local Planning Office if unsure.
